Need Help Fast!!!!

I'm getting another Tour (replacement) soon (MAJ0R TRACKBALL PR0BLEM!) and I fear that when I go into Alltel to get the phone turned on, the consultant won't be able to transfer my contacts to my new phone. I fear this b/c every phone that i've had (M0T0RAZR, Samsung Delve, Motorola E815), they've always had problems w/transferring my contacts so I had to end up writing down all my contacts from the previous phone and storing them back one-by-one into the new phone. I don't have a SIM card yet (Just a ScanDisk) and I haven't seen any being sold in the Alltel store. My question is: how can I get my contacts off my BB w/o a SIM card and where can I buy one from? 

Another great tool is if you have a Gmail account then you can use Google sync. It will sync contacts w/all info and calendar. Great app from google. I use it automatically on a daily basis. Its set to auto everyday @ 2am.
