i have a question, how can i make my phone ring and vibrate at the same time? because i only know that it only vibrates then rings, is it a way to make my phone ring and vibrate at the same time together???

And to answer the question, there are third party apps you can look into.  Try BuzzMe (free) or VibAndRing (paid)
