Ok so the Tour is my first Blackberry. So this may not be an actual tip/trick, you may all know about this. I assume most people leave the right side shortcut as the camera, and I think most people make the left-side the app switcher. Well Im not sure if anyone knows this (alothough Im sure you all probably do). But for a while I would use the app switcher, then pick whatever I wanted to go to and hit the trackball.

Well lets say you have the browser up, and then you switch to Pandora lets say. You can then just use the short-cut key like a previous channel button on a tv remote. You can just hit hit once to bring up you application choices, then click it again to switch to the last thing you were on. I hope this was clear, I may have worded it weird. And I hope someone didnt know about this, and it helps a little.

I think its clear and it will help other people... I personally use the left shortcut button for something I use often like a flashlight or an specific app other than app switcher since its already in the BB button when you hold it for a sec...  Wink

Damn! Ryu even when I'm posting a tip I still learn something from you! Now I can use the shortcut for something else, didn't know the BB button did that!

I use my left side key for the video cam, then in the video cam options i leave the flash on, so therefore it doubles as a BADACE flashlight in the dark!!

I do this too... and since I dont usually need the flashlight for more than a few seconds, it works like a charm... to have the unlimited time you will need a flashlight app...
