I am having issues using my BB Desk Top Manager.  I have actually locked myself out completely once before which resulted in my phone being wiped out.  Now, I am on the verge of locking myself out for a second time attempt 8 of 10.  After connecting USB, the prompt on the PC asks for a device password.  I try entering in my code to unlock the phone when it is locked, and I also have used the password that I use for the Password keeper.  What do I do?  I cannot allow this phone to wipe its memory out again.

now that sucks @ss!...

no idea but to give you a "monday morning quarterback" answer: write the password down next time?

Have you tried calling your carrier for support?

The password has nothing to do with the phone. You would have set that up when you ran DM for the first time, if my memory serves me right.
