I found a site with a few free themes for the tour.  
 Its called blacklightthemes.com
Nothing fancy or really worth wile but its somethin different and the only free ones I've found so far.

  also some on http://tourthemes.com/ (again, nothing great but its FREE)

  http://www.blackberrythemes.co.uk/id22.html has 12 free themes

Whenever I'm looking for themes I usually go to the crackberry forums.  I just browsed through the Tour section and there seems to be a good mix of free and premium themes... I'm not sure if the free ones on there are the same that are on the sites you posted, but still it's worth a look.. new themes are usually posted every day (at least they are on the Storm section)

im just trying to find a few links to sites with FREE themes and also apps. i dont think i wanna take a chance in paying for any themes yet since this phone is still so new. most themes will probably be basic and not worth spending money on. i only had the storm for two and a half days and the best theme i found that i liked was the blue titanium theme. hopefully the tour will have a theme similar to that.


  *if anyone finds some free theme sites not mentioned already, please post them here

I'm actually a theme maker and I post all of mine on at http://www.themes4bb.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=249 .

All of them are free and pretty good. Check it out.
